All orders purchased on PRESTIGIOPLAZA.COM are promptly shipped from our warehouse in Limassol, Cyprus.

Free door-to-door delivery:
Free home courier delivery is available in Limassol for orders over 50 EUR and across Cyprus for orders over 150 EUR.

We’ll send you an SMS or email, whichever is more convenient, when your order is on its way, with a tracking link.
In-store pickup
Collect your order free of charge from our store at 26 Spyrou Kyprianou Str., Germasogeia 4040, Limassol.
We’ll let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and ID.

Prestigio Plaza to Door Delivery: 5 EUR
You can find all the order details during the checkout process. Shipping costs apply for purchases below 50 EUR in Limassol and below 150 EUR across Cyprus.
A courier will deliver a parcel to the specified address:
- in Limassol the next working day if the order was placed before 12 PM;
- in Limassol within 2–3 working days if the order was placed after 12 PM;
- across the Republic of Cyprus within 2–3 working days.
On delivery day
Our courier will contact you the day before or on the day of delivery to arrange a convenient time. We deliver Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. If no one is home, we’ll arrange a new delivery date free of charge.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your package in front of the courier. If the box is damaged, note it on the delivery slip or refuse the delivery, then contact us at +357-25-041-660.
